Within two years from the date of your purchase, and under normal circumstances, if there is anything wrong with the quality or parts of the product, the Sassoon Customer Service Center will provide you with two-year repair or replacement service for free. To obtain this warranty service, please remember to keep the original purchase receipt. Note: This maintenance does not cover all products that are misused, not handled according to instructions, accidentally damaged, missing parts, and self-modified products.
For any product or its parts which have been discontinued, or the damage to the product cannot be repaired, the Company reserves the right not to repair and without replacement of other products.
